"Lately the updates have been really disappointing"
My most recent experience wasn’t great. The tracking barely updated, and when I emailed to ask what was going on, I never got a response. Maybe it’s been better in the past, but based on this latest order, the communication really needs work.

"Felt like a bait and switch"
I had a question about my order from giftbasketstore.com and tried reaching out a few different times. It took way longer than expected to get any kind of reply, and when someone finally did respond, it didn’t really answer what I was asking.

The whole thing had a bit of a bait and switch feeling, like everything seemed simple and helpful up front, but once I placed the order it was hard to get anyone to pay attention. I understand businesses get busy, but even a quick update would’ve made a big difference. Frustrating overall.

"Hard to use and kind of frustrating, right?"
I don’t know if it was just me, but the website felt frustrating to use. The pages were loading slowly, and I felt like I had to click around way too much just to find a simple gift basket.
The filters didn’t really help much either, at least not in the way I expected. Some of the product pages were confusing too, and I kept going back and forth trying to find basic details that should’ve been easy to see, you know?
By the time I got to checkout, it still felt clunky, and I ended up giving up before placing an order. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but for me, it was just annoying to use.

The basket showed up looking sad, honestly. Right away, it just didn’t seem fresh. Some of the fruit was soft, and one piece even had mold spots, which was a huge turnoff. The crackers didn’t help either since they tasted stale. For what it cost, my gut says this really should’ve been a lot better. I wouldn’t order it again.

I mean, the box arrived all dented and one corner was pretty much crushed. The basket inside had clearly shifted around, so a few of the items looked messy and out of place. Not really what you want when it’s supposed to be a gift. I ended up having to fix it myself before giving it, which was annoying...

"Birthday gift showed up way too late"
I ordered a basket for someone’s birthday and paid to have it delivered on a specific date, but it ended up arriving 3 days late. By then it was kinda pointless tbh. I also didn’t get any real updates, so I was just sitting there waiting and wondering what was going on. Super disappointing, and I def won’t be ordering from them again.

"Shipping costs really soured the mood"
My basket looked fine at first, but once the shipping and handling fees popped up, my whole mood dropped. It was so much more than I expected that I almost just canceled the order. it didn’t feel worth it.

"I don’t know, maybe I expected too much..."
I don’t know, maybe I expected too much, but this felt way too expensive for what it was. The basket looked fine, but the items were smaller than I thought they’d be and nothing really stood out as special. For the price, I thought it would feel a lot nicer. Am I the only one who thinks it just wasn’t worth the money?

"Well, That Was Embarrassing"
I sent this as a gift, and my friend basically told me the basket looked cheap and a few of the snacks were stale. So yeah, nothing says “thoughtful present” like disappointment in a basket. Definitely not ordering this again...

I got this for my mom’s birthday thinking it would be a safe choice, but it just felt a little off for the occasion. I guess I assumed it would look or feel more special, but once it arrived, it didn’t really match the vibe I had in mind.

I was disappointed when the basket arrived. It looked like it had been rushed together instead of arranged like a nice gift. The items were sitting crooked, and the wrapping was loose, so the whole thing felt messy. Personally, I wouldn’t choose this again if presentation matters.

"Wish there were more ways to customize"
I was hoping to switch out a few things in the basket, but the customization options were limited. It felt like you could barely change anything, which was annoying because with gift sites, you kind of expect to have way more control over what you’re sending. these sites always make it seem like everything is customizable, but then you get in there and there’s not much you can actually do

"They don’t know how to run a business"

Caused my 70 year old family a lot of trouble. Will wait a few days to see a refund if not we will report it.


I tried to help sort it but they pretend to not know what I’m talking about even though I sent a copy of the order confirmation. What a joke of a business
